We have had more than our share of sign up issues, data base issues, etc., all these and other things have caused often frustrating challenges for many of you. We want to first sincerely apologize for all of these and any others that you have come across. We are aware of all of the issues that have arisen and are moving forward immediately and around the clock to put these behind us. Specifically, we have hired a new new programmer who is working rapidly on fixing everything, so that our interface and back office is smooth, seamless, easy to navigate and stress free. As that is going on, we are simultaneously working to address each and every problem that has arisen during this time. Those of you who have encountered any of these, please know we are aware of all of it, and are taking care of each and every one. We want you to know that we are more committed to the success of Opportunity Zoom then we ever could communicate in this brief email. We are in this for the long journey, and despite any frustrations that may have arisen thus far, we truly appreciate your tremendous supportive attitudes in allowing us that opportunity to see this becomes a thing of the past. Though we are a very new company, the experience we have in what we do best, advertising on YouTube, is not new at all. An other update from Opportunity Zoom Corporate... Hi Sir, OpportunityZoom-BotCloud quick update... We are taking BotCloud off line for the next day or so for maintenance and upgrades. You may have noticed that we had an unusually high number of bans, and we're usually under 5%. It was caused by a glitch in code going into our massive network of content providers all over the world. We're fixing that and decided to implement some major upgrades that we have ready. We believe it was a good time to implement this as we also expect the upgrades to be done on our sales tracking platform this weekend. It is typical for us to have major upgrades to BotCloud every 4 to 6 weeks.
